Upcoming Calendar
SWPLA South West Championships
The strongest lifters in the South West will compete over the weekend of April 13/14th. Entry forms are on the SWPLA website and spectators are welcome!
Super Total Competition
We will be hosting a super-total competition this Summer! Combined powerlifting AND weightlifting totals. Check our Instagram for dates and entries.
