Sadie Grimsby

My passion is to motivate and encourage others to become their happiest, healthiest self. I started my journey eight years ago to improve my body, mind, and my confidence. It has been the single greatest thing I ever did for myself and so now I want to do it for you too. For as long as I can remember I have been predisposed towards mental health issues, limiting my ability to do simple tasks. I tried and failed with a variety of different methods until I started using fitness to improve how I looked, and more importantly how I saw myself. Once I experienced the benefits I was hooked. Through liftings weights, moving more, improving my diet, and becoming more mindful and spiritual with my practices I felt empowered with both physical and mental strength. I adore helping people achieve this mindset and gain confidence in themselves and the gym. Our physical and mental wellbeing is very disconnected in our culture when in reality there is no separation. I love to teach the balance between anger fuelled weightlifting, and the calm, love fuelled practice of returning the body to a state of equilibrium through yoga; the ultimate Yin and Yang the soul desires.
